(bug): when i receive a chat, the yellow highlight doesn't disappear until i close/open it

should go away instantly upon clicking text field

Can you please use the templates we made for bugs? Need browser information and console logs for all bugs.

@markeharding This is what happens when I select the "bug" template. I don't see anything regarding browser information or console logs. Am I missing something?
