(bug): Boost offers: Post deleted does not disappear

Steps to reproduce

1. Open https://www.minds.com/boost/console/offers/history/inbox and logged in with an account where already a post present
2. Now open action menu for the post and delete the post
3. Notice

Cannot replicate because I can't edit posts in the boost console. Noticed you can delete a post with a boost offer pending, but the offer can still be revoked so I do not see a problem - would be quite tricky in the case of on-chain to revoke offers this way, because if its on chain and the user doesn't have gas, then they would not be able to delete their post.
