(bug): Boosts are not listed in boosts history

Steps to reproduce

1. Get boosted by other members.
2. Go to https://www.minds.com/boost/console/offers/history/inbox

Platform information

Environment: Windows 10 Chrome browser.

What is the current bug behavior?

No boosts are listed.

What is the expected correct behavior?

User should be able to see all boosts received listed here.

added Priority1 - High ProductBoost TypeBug labels

changed the description

added TypeBug (Triage) label and removed Priority1 - High TypeBug labels

It looks like they are inbox. not sure this is a bug.
