Spent 3 hours trying to deploy the latest release of this one and its engine counterpart on sandbox environment.

I tried:

• Deleting a couple of existing deployments
• Deleting with --purge a couple of deployments
• Running review:stop from GitLab, then running review:start
• Running helm delete goal-email-verification, then running review:start
• Running helm delete --purge goal-email-verification, then running review:start
• Running helm delete --purge goal-email-verification, then running review:start, allowing it to fail, then trying to run helm upgrade ... manually
