Group based table of contents

Considering that the currently, the group discovery is not working within an optimal method. I have seen several users that have become frustrated with not being able to find groups. Therefore, I am suggesting that it would be a good idea to implement a full group based table of contents (which is alphabetically ordered) within the Newsfeed left sidebar footer.
