Blogs: Draft Option Disappears On Third Edit

Summary

On editing a draft (unlisted) blog article for the 3rd time (saving as a draft / unlisted article and then leaving the page, returning and further editing), the draft button is removed with only the publish button being available.

Steps to reproduce

Create a blog article, save as draft, edit the blog article then save as draft again, and then edit the blog article once more (at this point the draft button is automatically removed).
