Toggle setting to auto-hide hashtags.
Allow user to hide all hashtag words in their posts with 2 toggles:
One (1) In account settings for all posts. Two (2) On each posts to granularly override.
Posts will still show up in search results, normally.
User will always see their own hashtags, but others will not if setting is set.
