Remind proposals

• If I remind a post and make no comment, all engagement should carry over, and I should receive no rewards
• If I remind a post and make a comment, no engagement carries through and I get all rewards
• If I remind a remind that had no comment, it should still carry all engagement and you get no rewards
• If I remind a remind that had a comment and also make a comment, then it's a new post and I should get all rewards
• Remind to group option
• Monetize, Boost, Schedule, NSFW, Hashtag options
• Be able to remind comments (This will not happen. Comments are secondary entities that need parents).
• Updated design (more information needed).
