Bug discovery badge rewards

While discovering bugs is seen usually as a negative factor in most product, we can convert this into a positive engagement by rewarding users who discover bugs or write a blog about a functionality that need enhancement.

The bug has to be reported strictly in the help and support group.
The dev team will review the report and verify if the bug is genuine and new.
If the bug already existed before, the dev team has to respond to the post and paste the link to that bug in gitlab and indicate that it was logged in an earlier date than the post.
If the bug is new, the dev team will respond to the post and paste the link to the newly logged bug and the user will be rewarded.

The rewards & badges can be as follows:

First bug discovery: 10 Tokens (Bronze)
Bug hunter: 5th bug discovered = 50 Tokens (Silver)
Bug enemy: 15th bug discovered = 150 Tokens (Silver)
Bug master: 25st bug discovered = 250 Tokens (Gold)
Bug grand master: 50st bug discovered = 500 Tokens (Gold)
