Add draft functionality to posts

Channel posts should have an autosave feature so that users do not lose the content when accidentally clicking out.

@michaelfbradley @benhayward.ben whether it is a status post or blog, we should be saving the drafts in a common place. If you are composing a status and then press create blog all of your content should move into the blog

We should probably look at extending composer to allow this rather than blogs, if we're moving to blog modals.

Resurfacing this. It's actually essential and I repeatedly find myself not using Minds first because I can't rely on drafts. Sometimes ideas take time. This could have high impact.

Do we need Design to take a look at this before Dev? Or just work like draft blogs work now?
