Easier accessible subscribe option in feed / discovery

A community member suggested we add a subscribe button to the dropdown menu on posts in Discovery. There is a block option, so there should also be a subscribe option.

I think it'd be better if it was next to the name? And not only in discovery, but also in feed (reminded content)

This is how Tumblr has it, I think we could do something similar (I am following r4cs0, other two accounts have follow button next to them):
