Chat: Create a group chat

Goal

Groups should be able to have dedicated chat rooms for their members

What needs to be done

Acceptance Criteria

• As a user, when I create a group, I should automatically have a group chat room
• As a group owner, when I click the chat icon, the group chat should be created and I should be redirected the the chat room

Initial state (only visible to owner)

Once an owner clicks on here they will be taken directly to the chat view and the group room would be instantiated
