Add latest git flow changes

Minor changes and content additions:

• Epic links no longer in epic page
• New git flow stuff
• Copy paste Brian's attr e2e instructions
• Change edit link to edit page
• Redo labels section of git guide
• Remove stock images from landing page
• Communicate new process with everyone
• Remove Status::backlog label
• Include regression type & label in bug lifecycle section
