Need consent screens and copy for the sharing your phone number to find friends
Need to store the phone numbers in plain text.
We need to get the user's consent and what we need to message them.

I imagine we need two prompts / onboarding screens saying something along these lines:
Find Your Friends (mobile app only)
See which of your friends are already on Minds by allowing us to scan your contacts. We do not store your contacts and will only reveal friends who have provided explicit consent.
- Yes, scan contacts
- No, do not scan contacts
Let Friends Find You (both web and mobile)
Do you want your friends who have your phone number to find you when they sign up for Minds?
- Yes, I grant permission
- No, I do not grant permission
