Deprecate and Remove Support for SVG/ShieldTag Shortcode
Description
Since link short-code is available as a short-code wrapper starting from v1.13.0, we should discourage any embedded link implementation. Hence, we should deprecate and remove support for the shortcode and use the proper shieldsbadge replacement.

To conserve the tech support.
Current Behavior
We still leave the documentations here to use support 5th parameter (URL).
Expected Behavior
Supports are completely removed.
