A group focused on the creation of specific tools and plugins for software craftsmen, be it developers, testers, operational folks or technical writers. Typically involves writing plugins for other software tools, but is not limited to that scope.

Although the name contains Foundation in it, this is not a legal entity. One day we might decide to register one in a libertarian country where we'll know to be safe from unnecessary interference.
