Crate homepage and repo links point to the wrong place

If you go to this crate on docs.rs or crates.io and follow the links to the repo or homepage for the crate, you end will up in the wrong place. Those links go to https://github.com/carllerche/codegen.

This is controlled by these lines in Cargo.toml:

homepage = "https://gitlab.com/IovoslavIovchev/codegen"
repository = "https://gitlab.com/IovoslavIovchev/codegen"

Apparently those lines have been changed since the crate was last published, but they still point to the wrong repo.

While you're in there, if you change the documentation link to https://docs.rs/codegen/, it will always go to the latest released version and won't need to be changed for each release the way the current URL would.
