%siteAssetPath% issue in a partial

Similar issue to #564 (closed)

Demo Project: https://d.pr/f/vGsqSO

The Foundation 6 - Font Awesome 5 CSS + Fonts stack uses the %siteAssetPath% macro inside of an each scoped CSS file.

When used inside of a partial, the path seems to resolve to %assetPath% instead. The bug only seems to happen after you add the stack into a partial, close and re-open the project.
