-allowedTypes cannot be updated for existing instances

Scenario. I have a slice with -allowedTypes. In an update I remove the -allowedTypes flag from the HTML template. Only stacks that were previously defined in the -allowedTypes list can be added unless the stack is deleted and a new instance is added to the page.
