Add support for XPath namespace aliases

Hi,

I added namespace aliases support for XML::Querying. This solves issue #176 (closed). Could you review this patch?

I also updated document comments but didn't README because its example for XPath with namespaces doesn't work for now and I couldn't tell whether the document is outdated or it's a bug.
