Dialog window UI consistency
![Screenshot_20240317-233146](/uploads/6fa247675a5347772c27f65e1ad1686b/Screenshot_20240317-233146.png) The UI here features a button to close the window, quite prominent as well, and right under the thumb… but does not feature a button to pass to the next dialog text. Instead, tapping anywhere on that window will pass to the next dialog text. I believe that close buton should be moved outside the dialog window, and/or allow players to exit any dialog by tapping outside the dialog window. Same remark for the different answers the player is prompted with: it's not clear you can click on them, and i believe they should feature a button-like contour, a simple symbol before them (`>` or `~` for example), or a bit more space from the left border like you can see in visual novels sometimes.
