Now by Default ldap sync is set to 10 Min in the script I created a new email id on live server sandeep2@xyz.com and send a test mail for another email test@xyz.com. Now as Ldap sync is set to 10 min the new user has not been created on the mirror server yet. So the mail send from test@xyz.com was restore some another email id sandeep@xyz.com

This is my redo log setting on live server zimbraRedoLogRolloverFileSizeKB: 1 zimbraRedoLogRolloverMinFileAge: 5

So what should be my ideal setting for ldap sync and redo rollover to avoid this loss of data?

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
