Release management

We need a plan how to handle releases. Things to think about:

Tagging docker images
Updating of yaml files
Helm chart?
Migrating the running code: Ensure that there is compatibility between the previous and next version

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
