Document CI pipeline

Dissect and document the CI/CD of Yaook so that it can be migrated to the new demonstrator

• What does the pipeline look like (beyond just infrastructure)?
• What does the infrastructure currently look like (as of today)?
• How can it be migrated (and generalized for that purpose)?
