Release notes for each Yaook release

Summary

With each new release it would be very helpful to have release notes

Use cases

As a user I would like to see the changes between releases so I don't have to go through each commit thoroughly to see what changed or I need to adapt on my side.

Specification

The key words "MUST", "MUST NOT", "REQUIRED", "SHALL", "SHALL NOT", "SHOULD", "SHOULD NOT", "RECOMMENDED", "MAY", and "OPTIONAL" in this issue are to be interpreted in the spirit of RFC 2119, even though we're not technically doing protocol design.

RELEASENOTES or CHANGELOG file MUST have breaking or major changes
It MUST contain information about the bug fixes
