Log monitoring

The solution should be based around a FEK stack. In addition, the following requirements apply:

• MUST support forwarding logs to external fluentd sinks
• MUST support forwarding logs to external fluentd sinks via SSH tunnel
• MAY support forwarding logs to external fluentd sinks via Wireguard tunnel
• MUST collect logs from all Pods running in k8s
• MAY collect Kubernetes events
• MUST collect logs from the Kubernetes hosts themselves (journald / syslog)
