get rid of jammy-security duplication
due to merging !3 (merged) we duplicate selected packages that are part of jammy-security.
my idea to fix this: let one of the two just be a stub and redirect it to the other path, probably via adapting the nginx.conf (need to adapt the script that creates the nginx.conf)
why is this a possible approach?
because archive.ubuntu.com and security.ubuntu.com are actually the same under the hood.
See here, they resolve to the same IPs (the order of IPs is jumping around):
