item: "mirror:teleported" not defined

Hello,

After having used up all the vial allowing teleportartion, the mechanical voice allows me to start again, unfortunately, the vial bugs: The image in the inventory bar is an image where "unknow item" is noted, and right-clicking brings up the message "item: "mirror:teleported" not defined". Teleporting is not possible...
