Features which are OFF by default are not present in online reference (e.g. PotentialParticles, FoamCoupling)

We have talked about this problem earlier, but it wasn't given an issue number before.

I guess that we want the online documentation, which has the most exposure, to cover every yade feature. Even those which are turned off by default. Notable examples are PotentialParticles and FoamCoupling.

They are not present in class reference:

Let's close this issue when either the pipeline builds compile with all features enabled by default, or by some other means the links above are working.
