      Many years we had a symlink in build-dir "yade" which
      points to a source dir. It was neccessary for scons build
      system, which is not the case at the moment. All headers
      must be included directly without "yade/" prefix, e.g.:
      
      <core/Scene.hpp>
      <pkg/common/Sphere.hpp>

      This parameter (Fault by default) prevents moving
      of bodies, even if they have a velocity.
      
      It can be usefull for instance in the cases, when
      you need to simulate something like a conveyor with
      a complicated shape.

      1. Add function checking argument types inside FUNCTOR1D and FUNCTOR2D (requires to include full dispatched type definition in headers)
      2. Reorganize the integrator so that its logic is understandable. Functionality not changed.
      3. Move most clump code from integrator to clump methods
      4. Automtically used InsertionSortCollider::verletDist if possible (used to be sweepLength)
      5. Add --refresh param to batch, controlling refresh rate of web summary, logs etc (30s by default)
      6. Fix gnuplot export with callable data specifiers
      7. Put BodyCallback in #ifdef, since buggy; will be removed shortly, unless gets fixed.
      8. Fix unbalanced force computation for clumps.
      9. Remove accel and angAccel from state, since it is only used locally in the integrator.

      1. Add new-style python wrapper to most classes that were previously wrapped in yadeWrapper.cpp. Let me know if this breaks something for you.
      
      NOTE: it is possible that compilation will be slower since YADE_CLASS_BASE_ATTRS expands to lot of template code. Our choice could be to move thie YADE_CLASS_BASE_ATTRS to implementation files and provide declaration-only macro in the header, but it would mean massive refactoring.
