yadedaily on gitlab

I just noticed that sentence "The Git-repository for packaging stuff is available on GitLab https://gitlab.com/yade-dev/yadedaily/_" in https://yade-dev.gitlab.io/trunk/installation.html is wrong.

Also the packages on http://yade-dem.org/packages/ are outdated, the latest one is from 27-Feb-2019.

Some of the migration stuff is not finished. So let's have this issue as a reminder to fix it :)

• put yadedaily on gitlab
• move repo infrastructure to yade-dem.org server
• add dependency on python-pyqt5.qtwebkit into debian/control file (see https://salsa.debian.org/science-team/yade/blob/master/debian/control )
• maybe add dependencies on other stuff necessary for other new parts in yade:
  • coinor for potential particles
  • mpi for openfoam
• update Daily packages section in documentation
  • also with instructions how to install *-dbgsym packages so that users can have access to debug symbols and send more detailed bug reports.
