Drop wiki

I went through all content on https://yade-dem.org/wiki/Yade to decide what we need to keep, before dropping the Wiki, as decided in the Hackathon (#277 (closed)). All artifacts should be archived before we drop the wiki for historical reasons and in case we want to revive it (Who can archive the wiki and where? @bchareyre, @gladk ?). Also, the very last task is to reroute all links in the source code to the new links in the docs for the items we keep.
