yade-docref.bib versus citing_yade.bib
It seems to me either yade-docref.bib or citing_yade.bib is useless. You may ask kompare doc/yade-docref.bib doc/citing_yade.bib to check. Agree to remove one ?
In terms of content citing_yade.bib seems to me more up to date. In terms of file names, we could keep yade-docref.bib (for homogeneity purposes with yade-articles.bib, yade-theses.bib and yade-conferences.bib) if you prefer.
