RFC7591 uses a 0 client_secret_expires_at to tell that the secret never
expires, but it was converted as a date, so clients registered through the
dynamic registration protocol ended up with 1970-01-01 in database. a
migration empties the existing values, and the test covering the registration
of every attribute was asserting the buggy behavior
