Dance: Lightmaps have severe performance penalty
The lowest FPS I get spectating this map seems to be above the crylink, looking at the devastator. In this position, I get a 90-100% FPS improvement with mod_q3bsp_nolightmaps 1. r_speeds shows that lightmaps almost double the amount of triangles in the scene. On most maps, lightmaps cause a 0-10% change in the number of triangles, and a similar change in FPS.
The Mario/dance_changes version on the build server has different lighting but is otherwise very similar, and substituting this version also gives me a 90-100% FPS improvement (compared to the versions in master and 0.8.2).
