Overkill Casual - step 2 - dodging
Making another small MR, this time limited to dodging.
We can now make the dodge weaker if the player is already fast. Also fixes some inconsistencies between double tap and +dodge
when walldodging. Double tap could still use some improvements because for example +dodge
works on stairs while double tap doesn't but for now this keeps the old behavior.
Dodging while frozen is partially fixed by separating max speed and max air speed but it might still be a little OP. If i remember correctly, one had to come to a complete stop do dodge again when frozen but with +dodge
this is no longer the case.
A fix for both might come later but for now this is all that is necessary for Overkill Casual.
