g_midair improvements

Midair mode could use a few more cvars to make it a proper MidAir mode. Current midair is pretty much useless other than enabling shield when player is on ground. Here is a few suggestions (trying to be as clear and brief as possible):
g_midair_pushfactor — To affect weapons push, higher value makes a player go higher in air when shot at feet (default values are too low, this would make it easier instead of editing balance of each weapon).
g_midair_radiusfactor — To affect weapons explosion radius, basically how difficult and how close to the feet you need to shoot at for pushing a player high in the air (again, to make it easier instead of editing balance).
g_midair_airshotinstakill (or something like that) — To enable instant kill on direct hit airshots (ie: when you hear “AIRSHOT!”)
g_midair_weapons — list of weapons affected by the other g_midair_* cvars
Those cvars combined with the existing g_midair_shieldtime would make it enough to make it a decent mode. I admit that even with those it still would be more of a hack than a real game mode, ideally midair mode would be unrelated to health (similar to minstagib except only on real airshots, ignoring splash damage).
