Timer starts in campaign before player starts playing
The timer already starts in the campaign before the player starts playing. This both affects the timer displayed at the top as well as spawns of things like Strength.
This is a problem in levels in which time is important. For example, in level 2, you must play for 5 minutes, but the timer instantly starts before you join. So if you just wait, you can play the level for much shorter.
How to reproduce:
- Start campaign level 2
- Do NOT join / hit space bar
- Look at timer
Suggested fix:
- Freeze the timer in all campaign levels as long the player did not join yet
- Also prevent powerups from spawning while timer is frozen
