When you shoot, it doesn't shoot where your mouse is at the time of shooting, but where it was a bit of time ago. This is particularly easy to see with hitscan weapons by moving your mouse left and right at a consistent and rather fast speed, but slow enough to still see where the crosshair is the entire time, and clicking at some point. In xon, the place it fires is nowhere near the location of the crosshair at the time of firing, but at some point where the crosshair was some time ago before firing. In other games, warsow for example, it fires to the location of the crosshair at the time of firing.
