LMS: lives of newly joined player
Example: 1 player with 5 lives left; 1 player with 4; 2 bots each with 2 lives left; new player joins - he should have 3 lives. Not 4 since that can be gamed and not 1 since bots shouldn't count (they attack too much to be any competition anyway).
Basically ignore bots (allow joining even if they have run out of lives), take the player with the least lives and subtract 1.
