Default value of the number of stored records in CTS.
The current default number of stored records is 15, meaning that only 15 records for any map get saved. If you're #15 (closed), and someone beats you, your record vanishes. This is unnecessarily low, since the records take up almost no disk space. However, in order for a server host to increase the number of records, they have to opt for the 10GB git installation instead of the 1GB autobuild.
I propose that this constant is changed to 100, in order to accommodate for the sizable CTS playerbase and to alleviate the disk space used by server hosts.
