Weapons panel should use actual weapon order and show keybinds
Currently it uses the hardcoded order instead of the Weapon Priority List even when the priority is used for switching and shows what i presume is the impulse number.
It would be much more useful if it showed the actual order that will be used for switching (the hardcoded order or priority depending which is selected) and the keybind(s). It could also show the name (maybe only when switching so the HUD is not overloaded with text) since our custom names are confusing for new players (e.g. calling grenade launcher "mortar" and rocket launcher "devastator").
As for weapons labels, weapons panel can already show you binds instead of impulse numbers, see panel dialog in the HUD editor. It can even show names of weapons if you set hud_panel_weapons_label to 3 (for some reason this mode isn't available in the menu dialog).
hud_panel_weapons_label is "2" ["1"] 1 = show number of weapon, 2 = show bound key of weapon, 3 = show name of weapon
Oh, I only now discovered you can double click in the HUD editor.
hud_panel_weapons_label 2seems to be what i want, maybe it would be worth making it default - the current numbers imho don't mean much to players - what do you think?
hud_panel_weapons_label 3looks bad because most weapons have too long names to fit. The old HUD was better for this since the weapon slot expanded during switching iirc. At least we show the name when picking weapons up.
