restartnotifs causes a game crash
cl_cmd restartnotifs and sv_cmd restartnotifs cause a qc crash if executed more than once (first execution seems to run fine). sv_cmd restartnotifs causes an engine crash too.

Note that weirdly the restartnotifs alias itself doesn't work as it requires either cl_cmd or sv_cmd.
