make cl_forceplayercolors work unconditionally
Servers should not be able to break cl_forceplayercolors.
The problem is that some maps are made in a way that one team(color) (red or blue) will always have an advantage. When a map has an orange ground texture for example, the red team will always have an advantage because the red player models are harder to spot than the blue ones which are in contrast to the orange map.
Giving players the ability to force colors to blue, purple or yellow is the only way to have this balanced out, besides changing the colors of the map brushes which cannot be done on the fly.
Or is there something that I am missing? Is it possible to somehow flip brush colors using cvars?
