Item name inconsistencies
In the code some items are named in slightly different ways, it would be good to clear up this distinction once for all.
Inconsistent names are:
- "100 Armor", "Mega Armor"
- "100 Health", "Mega Health"
- "Strength Powerup", "Strength"
- "Extralife", "Extra life"
