Draft: Add (s) and (DEAD) prefix to chat messages
Adds prefixes to the nicknames in chat messages to better identify spectators and dead players.
Adds (s) to spectators and (DEAD) to dead players. Useful in round based modes.
It's also very useful when used in conjunction with g_chat_teamcolors.
