g_warmup_allguns 1 setting does not give all guns available on the map
If the server is configured with g_new_toys 1
and g_new_toys_autoreplace 0
and warmup is enabled with the default of g_warmup_allguns 1
"1 = all guns available on the map", the player is not given the "new toys" weapons during warmup on maps which do include them.
However, the player WILL be given a tuba if one exists on the map. Considering that the tuba is typically placed in a secret location, this seems like the opposite to how it should behave.
