CTS db has entries for times which hasn't yet been set
Currently the game adds RANKINGS_CNT*2 number of records per each map no matter how many actual records are set. The entries for unset records have just zero value like
\imho/cts100record/time49\0
These entries convey no information but bloat database and slow down reading it. Also db bloating may lead to server crashes (reported for packer's server but exact reason isn't known).
I propose to stop writing such records.
