q3map2: fix prt loading for vis computation when using -prtfile

fix prt loading for vis computation when using -prtfile.

the -prtfile option was added to pass arbitrary .prt file path, but it does not work because of a stupid mistake.

legacy build not using -prtfile was never affected.
