2x2 tga support by netradiant and the MF2 engine
2x2 tga's (as well as 2x128 tga's and 8x8 tga's) are currently not supported by netradiant, nor the MF2 game engine. This could be fixed. Also integrate 1x1 tga support btw (1x1 is also a power of 2 so should work too and even better for mesh group coloring using mtl's, see issue 71 )
Update: it seems that there already is 2x2 tga support by ioquake3 (on which the MF2 engine is based). See https://discourse.ioquake.org/t/support-for-low-res-textures/1242/ MTL-support and mesh group coloring may still be an issue.
